I’m a design leader and people manager with 10+ years of experience shaping digital products and building design teams in healthcare and insurance.
I’m at my best in complex environments where the path forward isn’t always obvious. I bring structure to ambiguity, connect design to product and business strategy, and build the teams and practices that help good ideas become great products.
My experience spans digital health, Medicare and insurance, enterprise platforms, and customer-facing experiences. I’ve often joined organizations early in their design journey, establishing design practices while staying close to the work.
As a leader, I focus on creating clarity, developing people, and bringing teams together around meaningful problems. I care about thoughtful craft, strong collaboration, and creating the conditions for designers to do their best work.
